Core went above and beyond in helping us source everything we needed and was available to help and hand-hold throughout the entire setup of our brand-new clinic. Always approachable, knowledgeable, honest, and supportive, she swiftly guided us through what would otherwise have been a very intimidating and overwhelming process. Core Vet Equipment products have proven to be great. We have not been dissatisfied with any of the equipment sourced from them – from our x-ray machine to our instrumentation – it is all remarkable quality and was very reasonably priced. Core Vet Equipment even helped us out with some complimentary (but very valuable!) items to help us fulfill our many requirements. We now have items and tech we never thought we would be able to afford right off the bat as a brand new startup. Ross liaised with our IT person to get our Xray software running smoothly, and Core went out of her way to problem solve some issues we were having with items that weren’t even Core Vet Equipment responsibility.
